Fifties Fitness Club!
Regular physical activity at age 50 can make a significant impact on quality of life with aging.
Along with social interaction here are are just a few benefits you can expect with endurance and resistance training:
Based on the needs of the group, each class we will spend time focusing on cardiovascular activities, such as walking or jogging. Also expect resistance training using your body weight, dumbbells, balls and tubes. We will also dedicate time each class for balancing activities and stretching.
This class is for men or women who are 45-69 years and are committed to enjoying a healthy lifestyle!
Classes are held at First Baptist Church, 3881 Park Avenue
Tues & Thurs at 9:00am-9:50am
Cost is $68 for 8 classes, or $100 for a punch card of 10 or $11 drop in
What to wear?
Comfortable cool clothing and indoor runners
Towel and water
