TRX® Suspension Training®
TRX Suspension Training (born in the Navy SEALs) is a training tool that leverages gravity and the user's bodyweight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal. These exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility and corestability simultaneously. You will get an effective total body workout that benefits people of ALL fitness levels from pro athletes to seniors.

What is a Tabata Class?
High intensity interval training! Each class will have four exercises where we will work at our personal high level of intensity for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest at 8 rounds. (25 min class)
This style of training will leave you burning calories long after you have gone home!
